1. Keep your device's software up to date:
- Firestick: My FireTV > About > Check for Updates.
- ONN: System > About > Check for Updates.
- Nvidia: Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Upgrade > Check for Upgrade.
2. Reboot your devices — disconnect the streaming device power for 10 seconds and plug it back in; do the same for your modem and router.
3. Run a speed test at speedtest.net from your phone on the same Wi-Fi (not cellular), near your device. Contact your ISP for anything under 200 Mbps.
4. Relocate your router to the main floor, centered in your floor plan. Consider using your own router instead of the ISP's rental — we like the TP-Link Deco AXE5400 XE75 Pro Tri-Band Mesh System.
