Refresh the guide:
1. Go to the InsationTV main page.
2. Select the gear wheel in the top-right of the screen.
3. Select the EPG tile, go to Refresh EPG at the top of the screen, and press your Select button.
4. When the box appears asking to Refresh EPG, choose Yes.
5. When it's done, it shows "downloaded" with the channel count at the bottom of the page.
6. Go back into Live TV and the guide should now be shown.
